Have Your Event at the Suburban Club

 

As a Member of The Suburban Club, you would have the use of the club’s private dining facilities. Whether you are scheduling your own private function or sponsoring an event, we can accommodate your banquet or meeting needs.

The Suburban Club’s elegant private party rooms may accommodate up to 400 guests with various sections of the private party rooms able to divide into smaller, breakout rooms. The Ballroom and the Living Room are perfect for those special events such as a wedding, charity events, business meetings and more.

In addition to the Ballroom and Overture Room, The Suburban Club offers the Dumbarton Room for those in need of a more intimate space for board meetings and small group breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The Lounge, yet another additional option.

These private meeting and dining rooms are ideal for conference meetings or breakout rooms. Virtually any type of seating arrangement from classroom style to “u” shaped meeting tables can be created. Wireless internet access, podiums, lavaliere and cordless microphones, LCD projectors and screens are all available through the Club upon request.

For your dining pleasure, choose from an artistically displayed buffet, a beautifully presented plated entrée, or create action stations to get your guests involved and interacting with one another.

The Suburban Club’s catering professional staff is happy to customize menus and packages to assist you in creating a one-of-a kind event just for you. The Suburban Club also assists in the coordination of a timeline and event order for you to remove the stress of planning such an important event and ensure that you may be a guest at your own party.
